Annual Meeting Notice
Allied Federal Credit Union’s 57th Annual Meeting will be held virtually through Zoom on Tuesday, June 25th at 5:00 p.m.
Join us to hear more about the accomplishments and future of AlliedFCU. Board members will also be elected. This will be your chance to make your voice heard as a Member-owner of Allied Federal Credit Union.
2024 Board of Director Nominees
Anthony Li
Anthony Li has been serving on AlliedFCU’s board since 2022. He was a Supervisory Committee member for two years and has been serving as the board secretary since July 2022.
Lee Howell
Lee has been an AlliedFCU member more than 30 years and has served on the Board of Directors since 2021 as the Treasurer. Prior to being a Board member, Lee served on the Supervisory Committee for two years.
Members interested in a board position or wishing to nominate another member must request a petition and certified statement form from the credit union. To be considered, the petition must be signed by 1% of members in good standing (20 minimum and 500 max) and returned to the credit union with a signed certificate stating they are agreeable to nomination and agree to serve on the board if elected, no later than May 10, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. There will be no nominations from the floor at the annual meeting, and elections will not be conducted by ballot when the number of nominees equals the number of open positions.
