Round Up and Save

Saving money is easier than ever before thanks to our RoundUp program. Every time you make a purchase with your AlliedFCU debit card, that purchase gets rounded up to the next dollar, and your “spare change” gets deposited to your Savings Account.

For example, if you purchase gas for $62.19, groceries for $129. 43 and coffee for $5.74, you’re saving $1.64 on three purchases. Imagine if you did that every day? You’d have an extra $49.20 in your savings account at the end of the month. It adds up that quickly - especially while you’re earning a rate of 5.00% APY.

The money gets deposited to your savings account as soon as the transactions post to your checking account. This also makes balancing your checking account easier, because every debit card purchase amount is a whole dollar amount.

By submitting this form, I am authorizing AlliedFCU to open a Round Up Savings account under
my existing member number (account number) and to round up my debit card transactions to the next dollar.

*APY = Annual Percentage Yield and is accurate as of April 1, 2024. No outside deposits may be made to the Round Up Savings account. The total sum of remaining cents for each debit card transaction will be automatically deposited into your Round Up Savings account at the end of each day from your checking account. Funds must be available in the checking account to complete the transfer. Funds will be deposited from the Round Up Savings account into your primary savings account the last day of each quarter.
