Online/Mobile banking tips: resetting The Username and password and changing account nicknames

Did you forget your new username or password for Online/Mobile Banking? No problem. You can reset it on your own 24/7. In this blog post, we provide instructions for:

  1. Resetting your username and/or password

  2. Change the nicknames on your accounts


Resetting Your Username
and Password

1. To reset your username and/or password, click or tap on “Forgot username/password” below the “Sign In” button.


2. Select the option you wish to reset. You can also return to the login screen by clicking or tapping “Return to Login.”


3. Select the type of account you’re trying to reset.

Click or tap “Continue.”


4. Provide the information requested for verification.

Click or tap “Continue.”


5. Select how you would like to receive the code to verify your identity.

If selecting “SMS” (text message), choose the phone number where you want the code sent.

Click or tap “Continue.”


6. Input the code you received by text.

Tap “Submit.”


7. You will see a confirmation screen once complete.


Changing Account Nicknames

1. From your “Account Summary Overview” screen, click or tap the title for the account you wish to nickname.


2. Click or tap the ellipsis (three horizontal dots) next to the words “Account Summary.”

Click or tap “Edit Account Name.”


3. Click or tap the current account name (usually Savings, Checking, etc.)

Type over that name with the nickname you want assigned to it.

Click or tap “Save” button.


4. After clicking or tapping “Save,” you will be taken back to the Account Summary screen and should see the updated Account Name.
