ONline/Mobile Banking: Adding users through family and friends

Adding users to your AlliedFCU Online/Mobile Banking service can be a game changer for managing your finances. Follow the instructions below to add family or friends as users.

You must enroll in Online/Mobile Banking before you can use these services. Find enrollment instructions here.


This feature allows members to securely grant and request account access to other users (sub-users). A user must grant access to any sub-users to their account(s).

  • After logging in, hover over Tools & Services to access Family and Friends services.

  • To add a user click or tap Add a User under Family and Friends.


  • Input the required information for the user you are adding.

  • Click or tap continue.


  • On the Accounts Permission page, select the options for each account for which you want the added user to have access.

  • For example; if you only want the user to have the ability to Transfer in, You would select “Transfer In” under the applicable account.

  • If you only want the user to be able to view the account, only select “View account” for each account you want them to be able to view.


  • Once all options are selected, click or tap Continue.


If you would like to set limits for transfers, click or tap the selector to highlight blue and then click or tap Set Limits.

Optionally, you can select a Per Transfer or Per Month Limit, and then input the amount of each limit you wish to set. If you wish to add further limits, you may do so by clicking or tapping + Add limit.


  • Once all limits are input, click or tap Save.


  • Click or tap Continue.


  • The system will then ask if you wish to allow additional permissions to a card on your account.

  • Once you’ve selected, click or tap Continue.


  • The next screen will be a confirmation screen.

  • Review that all the information is correct, then click or tap Add user to this account.

  • You will then see the user is pending invitation.


  • The Individual you are adding will receive an email to accept the invitation.


  • The individual should click the link to enroll in Online Banking.

  • Once enrolled, the Friend/Family Member will be able to view the account(s) to which they’ve been given access.
