You must enroll in Online/Mobile Banking before you can use these services. Find enrollment instructions here.

eStatements

• To view eStatements, click Accounts (in Mobile Banking tap Menu).

• Under Account Services click or tap eDocuments.

• Click or tap the account for which you wish to view your eDocuments.

• The documents available for the selected account will generate.

• Click or tap the document you wish to view. You can view, print and archive the document.

Reordering Checks

• To reorder checks, click or tap Reorder Checks under Account Services.

Click or tap the account for which you wish to order checks. This will open another page. Follow the next steps on your screen to order through Main Street.

Placing a Stop Pay on a Check

• From Accounts Overview, select the checking account on which you wish to place a check stop pay.

• Click or tap More Actions (in the Mobile App click or tap the ellipses) and Stop check.

• Input the requested information.

• Check the box for the fee disclosure.

• Click or tap Stop check payment.
