Furthermore, by submitting this online form, I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE that: (1) if I have multiple loans, I may take advantage of this Skip-A-Payment offer for each loan that qualifies; (2) FINANCE CHARGES will continue to accrue on unpaid balance(s) at the rate provided in my original loan agreement(s), during the month of my skipped payment and after that time; (3) deferring my next loan payment will result in me having to pay higher total FINANCE CHARGES than if I made my loan payments as originally scheduled; (4) this Skip-A-Payment will extend the term of my loan(s) and I will have to make extra payment(s) after my loan(s) would otherwise be paid off; (5) I will be required to resume my regular monthly payments in the month following my skipped payment(s), with unpaid FINANCE CHARGES being collected first; (6) my loans(s) must be current (have no amounts past due) at the time I choose to accept this Skip-A-Payment offer; (7) in the event that I have Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) or Member Credit Protection (MCP), claim coverage does not extend to the amount of payment(s) deferred; in addition, I understand the GAP or MCP coverage will not be extended beyond the original maturity date; (8) As the primary borrower or co-borrower, I am solely responsible for notifying any co-borrower(s) of the above loan deferment(s) and any changes that may occur to the maturity date(s) as a result.

Loans that do not qualify include: Loans that are less than 6 months since funding with AlliedFCU, Home Equity, Home Improvement, Credit Cards, Mortgage, loans with Collateral Protection Insurance (CPI), and loans on an insurance payment/claim. If approved, your regular monthly payment will resume the month following your skipped payment(s). Once Allied FCU has received your Skip-A-Payment request, unless contacted by Allied FCU otherwise, consider your submission approved, unless otherwise informed. Allied FCU charges a $30.00 per loan skip payment processing fee and you can skip up to one (1) loan payment per qualified loan between November and December. The Skip Fee is non-refundable and constitutes a Finance Charge under each qualifying loan. Allied FCU reserves the right to refuse any Skip Payment request. All Skip Payment requests are subject to Allied FCU’s Skip Payment criteria and discretion. This is a limited time offer, is subject to change, and may be withdrawn by Allied FCU at any time without notice to you.
